As founder and managing director, I work with my team in a hybrid arrangement to create designs, develop software and produce data-driven digital marketing campaigns focused on growth. How I Approach Projects
I start by examining the brand’s goals, users and existing setup. I identify which problems need attention first and use those priorities to guide design and development decisions. For SEO and digital marketing, I use tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog alongside software I have developed myself.
For the websites I develop, I focus on fast-loading pages, clear user journeys and a technical structure that can be updated easily. After launch, I measure performance and plan further improvements around user behaviour and the project’s goals.
