Scope and responsibility

This policy covers visitors to the Metazen Bilişim website, people requesting a proposal and applicants interested in working with us. The controller is METAZEN BİLİŞİM VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Business and contact details appear at the end of this page.

We handle enquiries about digital marketing, SEO and AI search visibility, advertising, graphic design, web design and software development. Processing carried out on behalf of our clients is addressed separately in the relevant project agreement.

Information we collect

  • Enquiries and proposals: your name, email, phone number, selected services, budget range, message and any optional project attachment.
  • Applications: your name, email, area of interest and CV, plus a phone number, portfolio link and message if you provide them.
  • Technical records: submission time, form language, IP address, browser details and security access logs.

Required fields are marked in each form. Please do not send identity documents, payment card details, health information or unrelated personal information about other people.

We use enquiries to understand your needs, discuss a suitable scope and respond. We use applications to assess relevant opportunities. Technical records help prevent abuse and investigate faults. Records may be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Under Turkish Law No. 6698, applicable grounds are explained in our Data Protection Notice. Where UK GDPR applies, processing may be necessary for steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and securing the service, or legal obligations. Optional technologies rely on a separate choice where consent is required.

Submitting a form does not add you to an advertising audience or mailing list. We do not sell form data or use it for advertising targeting. We do not make application decisions solely by automated processing.

Storage and access

Contact and project enquiries, including any project attachment, are delivered by email only and are not saved in the administration panel. Career applications and CVs are stored in a restricted administration system. Only people authorised to review applications can access those records.

Retention of enquiries and proposals is determined by completion of the request, ongoing discussions, any resulting contract and the period needed for potential legal claims.

Application records are assessed against the duration of the review and any period needed for potential legal claims. Retention for unrelated future positions is a separate purpose requiring its own information and legal basis.

If a contract follows, contractual, accounting and dispute records are subject to their legal retention requirements. A deletion request is assessed alongside any continuing legal obligation or need to protect legal rights.

Providers and international transfers

Hosting, technical support, email delivery and form security providers may receive the information needed to deliver their services. Public authorities receive information only where there is a legal basis.

Form notifications are sent through Resend. Enquiry details and any project attachment are included in the email; application notifications contain the application details. Resend stores data in the United States.

Cloudflare Turnstile may process IP addresses and technical device and browser signals for form security, including on infrastructure outside Türkiye.

Google Maps connects to Google only after you choose to load the map. International transfers require a separate assessment and the safeguards required by applicable law, including Article 9 of the Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, UK GDPR transfer rules. A cookie choice or form submission is not a blanket authorisation for international transfers.

Cookies and your rights

Our Cookie Policy explains session security, temporary form storage and privacy preferences. Optional tools do not run before your choice. You can change that choice using “Privacy preferences” in the footer.

You can ask whether we process your information and request access, correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met. The Data Protection Notice explains Turkish KVKK rights and request procedures.

Where UK GDPR applies, your rights may include restricting or objecting to processing and, in qualifying cases, data portability. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Other applicable local rights remain available.
